1. Access to the Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If our cleaners are unable to enter the premises or are delayed due to lack of access, the appointment may be cancelled and the full scheduled cleaning fee may apply.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To reserve and protect appointment times for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled cleaning service. Same-day cancellations, lockouts, and no-shows are considered late cancellations and are subject to the full service charge.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices not paid within the specified payment period may be subject to a late payment fee and/or suspension of future services until the outstanding balance has been paid.

4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If there are any concerns regarding the quality of the cleaning, clients must notify Modern Cleaning Corporation within 24 hours of the service. We will gladly return to address any areas that may have been missed. Refunds are not provided, but reasonable touch-ups will be performed to ensure client satisfaction.

5. Health, Safety, and Working Conditions

For the safety of our employees and clients, Modern Cleaning Corporation reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary beyond the scope of standard cleaning, or if aggressive pets or disruptive behaviour are present. Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup, biohazards, hoarding situations, or conditions that were not disclosed at the time of booking.

By booking services with Modern Cleaning Corporation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
